I am in my internship now, souq waqif Art Center. Ive been here for two weeks now. maybe three, well I need to keep track so yeah. its been awesome so far...I have worked on one project already, now I am juggling between 2 other projects which should be done by the end of this month, before I leave to Lebanon :D...Bonn voyage for Moi :)
So the first project was a catalog, for an Artist called salman Al Malik. with that project I worked with layla on. Layla is the person who is in charge of dealing with the clients and artists, selling their work and promoting it. She works downstairs in a room next to the gallery. She is awsome, she is fun, sometimes a little too hyper for my to handle, but I have learned from staying with her a week downstairs. the project was suppose to be done on in design which was a nightmare since I have never used In design before, because it was always intimidating for me. So it was my first try on the program, and let me tell you this, there were alot of DIFFICULTIES regarding the usage of th program! I mean I faced trouble with a lot, from the size of the file, to the size of the pictures, and exporting them to the file. So it was Hectic
